Part-Time Donor Database/Administrative Assistant (Seasonal)

PART-TIME DONOR DATABASE/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (SEASONAL) The Milwaukee Rescue Mission (MRM) is seeking a seasonal, Donor Database/Administrative Assistant to assist with gift processing and administrative tasks from October, 2026 through December 2026 (January, 2027, if needed). WORK SCHEDULE: Part-time (20-25 hrs/week), weekdays between the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm.

Will be flexible with part-time work schedule. LOCATION: Central Campus, 830 N 19th Street, Milwaukee, WI. 53233 RESPONSIBILITIES: Process donations through the gift processing system, including sorting and opening mail, scanning, editing, and verifying donations and entering information into the donor database Assist with donor database projects Assist with assembling department mailings Filing and answering phone calls QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED required Previous experience in an administrative role (paid or volunteer) required Proficient Microsoft Office and database software skills with high degree of accuracy Excellent oral and written communication skills with competence and accuracy in grammar and spelling Detail orientated with strong organizational and prioritization skills Flexible, team player Ability to lift 25 lbs.
