Are you passionate about helping young people overcome challenges, strengthening families, and making a lasting difference in your community? Evidence-Based Associates (EBA) is seeking compassionate, dedicated professionals for an exciting opportunity to provide Multisystemic Therapy (MST) services to youth and families in the Beaumont, Texas area.
Imagine a career where you can build meaningful relationships with families, work with a small caseload, receive specialized clinical training, and see the real-world impact of your work. MST is a nationally recognized, evidence-based treatment model designed to help youth ages 12–17 experiencing serious behavioral challenges, including juvenile justice involvement, school difficulties, family conflict, and substance use concerns.
Rather than relying solely on traditional office-based therapy, MST brings treatment directly into the environments where youth and families live, learn, and interact. If you're looking for meaningful work, professional growth, and an opportunity to create lasting change, we'd love to hear from you! Why Choose a Career in MST?
Meaningful Work. Small Caseloads. Supportive Teams. Specialized Training. $5,000 Sign-On Bonus: An exciting incentive for eligible new hires. Small, Focused Caseloads: Spend more time developing meaningful relationships with families and delivering individualized treatment. Specialized MST Training: Receive comprehensive training in an internationally recognized, evidence-based treatment model.
Ongoing Clinical Support: Benefit from weekly team supervision, case consultation, professional development, and ongoing coaching. Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside dedicated professionals who share ideas, problem-solve together, and support one another. Professional Growth: Build valuable clinical skills in family systems, cognitive-behavioral interventions, behavioral change, crisis response, and community-based treatment.
Meaningful Impact: Help families develop practical tools and sustainable solutions that continue long after treatment concludes. Team-Based Coverage: Collaborate with fellow clinicians to support continuity of care and coverage during scheduled time off.
What You'll Do
As an MST Therapist, you'll work directly with youth and caregivers to address behavioral challenges, strengthen family relationships, and promote positive, lasting change.
Your responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify youth and family strengths, behavioral concerns, and environmental factors contributing to challenges. Develop individualized treatment plans that build on family strengths and target measurable outcomes.
Help caregivers strengthen parenting skills, improve communication, establish effective boundaries, and address challenging behaviors. Utilize family systems approaches, behavioral interventions, and cognitive-behavioral strategies to promote positive change. Collaborate with schools, probation officers, child welfare professionals, and community partners to coordinate treatment and support.
Help youth and families address challenges involving peer relationships, school engagement, family conflict, and community influences. Participate in weekly case planning, team supervision, and clinical consultation to evaluate treatment progress. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Participate in a shared on-call rotation to ensure families have access to support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Successfully complete required background screening, drug testing, and organizational training requirements. Participate in scheduled on-call coverage as part of the MST team. What Makes MST Different? You're not just providing therapy. You're helping families create lasting change. MST recognizes that youth behavior is influenced by multiple interconnected systems, including family relationships, peers, schools, and communities.
Through a collaborative, strengths-based approach, MST Therapists help caregivers identify challenges, build practical solutions, and develop the confidence to support their children successfully. You'll work closely with families in their everyday environments, where meaningful behavioral change can be practiced and reinforced.
And you won't be doing it alone.
