Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2026 and we are brand new and growing. I was recruited by State Farm to become an agent, and I’m excited to build a strong team from the ground up. I hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting as well as an MBA. I’m married with kids, and outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends, playing cards, traveling, and staying active.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish, Polish or Arabic preferred.
