Government Grant Writer

The Government Grant Writer is responsible for developing compelling grant proposals to secure funding in support of Northern Virginia Family Services (NVFS)’s mission and programs. This position focuses primarily on federal, state, and local funding opportunities but may also be assigned to write and submit proposals to private funders, including corporate, family, and community foundations.

This role involves writing and assembling grant applications, ensuring timely submission of required materials, and collaborating with agency staff to align proposals with programmatic priorities and funding opportunities.
