Part-Time Porter

Location: Rahway, New Jersey Pay: $15.23–$16.50 per hour, based on experience and availability Schedule: Part-time, with the potential for future full-time consideration HOA is seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Porter to assist with the daily cleanliness and general upkeep of its residential building.

Responsibilities

Remove trash and recycling Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, elevators, lobby areas, and stairwells Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform other general cleaning duties Assist with basic building upkeep and maintenance tasks Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns Provide courteous assistance to residents and building staff as needed Qualifications: Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Prior porter, janitorial, maintenance, or residential-building experience preferred Comfortable performing physical work and remaining on your feet throughout the shift Professional and respectful when interacting with residents and staff This is a part-time position with the potential for consideration for a full-time role based on performance, experience, availability, and the needs of the building.
