Maintain mutual accountability and transparency through inter-dependencies, decision impact and timeliness. • Lead a multi-location, multi-vendor team; define clear accountabilities, handoffs and operating cadence while preserving end-to-end ownership across organizational boundaries. • Coach track leads and managers, strengthen succession and capability, and create a culture of transparency, engineering discipline, continuous improvement and respectful challenge.
Requirements
• Communicate a concise executive narrative on outcomes, value, progress, risks, decisions and recovery actions without masking unresolved issues • Navigate and negotiate through the changes to effectively maintain program success parameters and objectives on track • Apply fit-for-purpose agile, hybrid and stage-gated methods while maintaining disciplined ERP design, configuration, build, test, conversion and release controls. • Use AI-assisted methods for knowledge discovery, requirements traceability, risk sensing, test-case and defect analysis, document summarization and operational insights, with human review and enterprise security controls. • Identify automation opportunities across PMO reporting, reconciliation, regression testing, deployment evidence and service transition; measure realized adoption and productivity impact. • Ensure responsible AI use: approved data boundaries, access controls, validation, provenance, bias/error checks and no unsupported decisions based solely on generated output • Ability to understand client operating model, end-to-end value streams, ability to translate business outcomes expectations into project actions and track them through the project lifecycle • Ability to assess and challenge customization, fragmented process choices and weak controls; ability to promote standardization, simplification
Additional: • Minimum 18+ years of enterprise applications experience, including 10+ years in program/project leadership in Oracle ecosystem and at least one large, complex Oracle ERP transformation managed end-to-end. • Demonstrated leadership of offshore delivery with multiple concurrent tracks, global stakeholders, distributed teams and third-party dependencies. • Hands-on program understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP lifecycle; strong appreciation of business processes, controls and value drivers across finance, supply chain and manufacturing; stays up to date on Oracle emerging landscape capabilities and AI • Working knowledge of Oracle architecture and delivery concerns: integrations/APIs, extensions, reports, workflows, data conversion, identity/security, environments, performance, release management and production support transition. • Proven control of scope, estimation, financials, resource planning, quality, commercial obligations, governance and executive communication. • Experience with SDLC, Agile/hybrid delivery, quality engineering, test management, cutover, organizational change and benefits realization. • Ability to operate across time zones and provide predictable overlap with onshore/client teams during critical phases.
