You'll receive hands-on training, develop your welding skills, and have a clear path for advancement.

What You'll Do

As a Class C Welder, you'll be an important part of our Cell 5 welding team, helping produce quality products while learning and expanding your capabilities.

Responsibilities include

Stud welding Tack welding doors, sills, handles, and hinges Grinding and finishing work as needed Training in multiple welding positions Learning to read blueprints and part lists Developing measurement and tape-reading skills Safely operating shop tools and equipment Following all safety and PPE requirements What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED preferred Trade school certification OR less than 1 year of welding experience Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Dependable attendance and reliability Attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive attitude and team-first mindset Ability to problem-solve and follow instructions Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
