Senior Technical Lead, State Resilience

The Senior Technical Lead promotes and supports CG-USA initiatives by integrating the Resilient States Framework, the Common Ground Approach, and Search's peacebuilding best practices into programming across the United States. Serving as a trusted advisor to state-level leaders, the role provides technical guidance, coaching, and strategic support to strengthen resilience, reduce the risk of political violence, and build social cohesion.

The Senior Technical Lead also advances CG-USA's mission through partnerships, field advising, and public engagement while collaborating closely with internal teams to expand the organization's impact. The position reports to the Director of Programs.
