Job description
The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking an experienced and creative Case Manager at its Two Rivers Recovery Center in Greenfield. Two Rivers is a program for women in early recovery from substance use who are pregnant or postpartum mothers with their infants. The program supports up to 25 women and 5 infants in long term (6 to 12 months) residential treatment.
The comprehensive clinical service is a trauma informed, harm-reduction model.
