Implementation Manager

The Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the successful launch, transition, and stabilization of new staffing programs and workforce solutions across client sites nationwide. This role serves as the primary project leader and executive-facing partner throughout implementation, managing cross-functional teams, client relationships, operational readiness, recruiting strategy, workforce transitions, and go-live execution.

The Implementation Manager combines strategic thinking, project leadership, people management, and customer-facing consulting skills to ensure implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client objectives.
