Vice President, Investor Relations & Corporate Communications

Janux Therapeutics is seeking a seasoned and strategic Vice President of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications to lead the company’s external engagement across the investment community, media, and broader public audiences. This role is instrumental in shaping Janux’s corporate narrative and ensuring transparent, consistent, and impactful communication of the company’s scientific progress, financial performance, and strategic priorities, supporting long-term value creation.

The incumbent will report directly to the Chief Corporate and Business Development Officer, and collaborate closely with the CEO, Legal, and other senior stakeholders. The Vice President will serve as a key advisor to executive leadership and the Board on investor sentiment, shareholder communications, market positioning, and sensitive public-facing decisions.

This role demands a seasoned communicator with deep capital markets expertise, a sophisticated understanding of the biotech landscape, and the ability to translate complex scientific and business developments into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse external audiences.
