Concierge

Main Duties & Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding guest service and create memorable guest experiences. Coordinate dining, transportation, entertainment, and other guest reservations. Facilitate VIP arrivals, amenities, special requests, and personalized services. Register and check out guests, ensuring accuracy of guest information and transactions.

Manage guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Maintain detailed knowledge of resort facilities, services, events, and operating hours. Conduct guest follow-up communications and support guest satisfaction initiatives. Answer telephone calls in accordance with company service standards.

Maintain control of guest room keys, safe deposit boxes, and confidential information. Process room reservations and support front desk and guest services operations as needed. Balance cash transactions, paperwork, and daily operational reports. Monitor lobby activity and report safety, security, or service concerns. Ensure work areas, equipment, and service stations are organized and operational.

Adhere to all company policies, service standards, and safety procedures. Participate in training sessions, meetings, and other assigned duties as required. Support emergency response procedures and guest-related communications when necessary. The Company operates a twenty-four (24) hour business. Therefore, you may be rostered to work shifts, which may change from time to time.

Required Qualifications: High school diploma required; college degree preferred. Minimum three years of Guest Services, Concierge, or VIP Services experience, or one year in a supervisory role. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an asset.

CPR/AED certification and emergency response training preferred. Ability to work flexible shifts in a 24-hour operation. Why Join Atlantis?
