Production Supervisor

Key role responsible for overseeing and contributing to production efforts in Heat Treat, Cutting & Lab. While direct oversight will not encompass every department, it is critical that this position interfaces with and facilitates engagement within the full production team. Reporting to the Front-End Manager, this position will be responsible for making decisions and improvements on operational processes and practices throughout all shop floor activities; as well as maintaining responsibility for the safety, productivity, quality and performance of the operations for which direct oversight is assigned.

The initial focus of this role will be centered around the raw material receiving and cutting department and will have additional oversight into the heat treat and internal lab processes.
