• Pittsfield, MA, Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00Hourly, Laureyns United is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Driver/Warehouse Associate to support our field employees through accurate order fulfillment, timely deliveries, and an organized warehouse. Deliveries are primarily throughout Berkshire County, with occational trips to Pioneer Valley, Connecticut, and eastern New York. Essential Responsibilties: Pick up materials and orders from vendors and deliver them safely to jobsites. Fill orders submitted by field employees, verifying item descriptions, quantities, and delivery instructions. Verify outgoing orders and promptly report shortages, damage, or other discrepancies. Load, secure, transport, and unload materials using appropriate equipment such a a forklift and safe handling procedures. Maintain accurate pickup, delivery, and warehouse records. Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and accessible, with materials stored safely. Follow traffic laws, vehicle safety procedures, and jobsite safety requirements; promptly report vehicle or equipment concerns. Other applicable duties as assigned Qualifications: Valid driver's license Driving record consistant with safe vehicle operation and applicable company auto insurance requirements. Strong attention to detail when checking materials, quantities, and paperwork. Ability to organize orders, follow instructions, and communicate delivery or inventory issues promptly. Ability to perform the essential funtions of the position, with or without reasonable accomodation. Physical Duties and Work Environment: This position involves driving, handling materials, and working in a warehouse and on jobsites. Duties include loading, unloading, lifting, carrying, and positioning materials weighing up to 75 pounds, as well as standing, walking, bending, and reaching as needed to fulfill orders and make deliveries.
