Role Title: Design Engineer-Door Trim Tools : CATIA V6, 3DExperience, Teamcenter Visualization Mock-up, DFMEA, Agile or Scrum and RMDV, TRM, X-ray, Microsoft Project, Power Point, Excel, Word etc Experience : 5 -7 yrs Location : Pune Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field Detailed JD: Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities: The CAD Engineer is responsible for generating CATIA V5 Body Engineering CAD concepts/ solutions for ongoing and new projects for Door Trim.

Roles and responsibilities:

• This position is responsible for creation of CAD geometry and Drawings in support of various closure projects.
• Be responsible for the design and development of Door Trims, Tailgate Trims, Door Claddings, Pillar Capping, Finishers.
• Ensure data is up to date and reflects the required levels of maturity at any given point in time
• Provide CAD support, leading and progressing the design in line with the program timescales and deliverable cadence
• Ability to check and manage clearance to interface parts.
• Ensure manufacturing feasibility of parts.
• Ensuring issues that cannot be resolved are escalated to Lead Engineer
• Ensuring that the all-project deliverables are met
