Senior Business Analyst (e-commerce)

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong e-commerce experience and platform knowledge to join our team and help drive digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of marketplace platform functionalities and hands-on experience with both B2C and B2B e-commerce solutions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the business team to understand and analyse business needs, objectives, and processes Conduct interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to elicit and capture comprehensive and accurate business requirements Work with stakeholders to define business requirements, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions Apply requirement-gathering techniques, flow-chart creation and requirements documentation to support project delivery Manage multiple requirements and priorities using strong organisational skills Navigate through ambiguity and changing business priorities with flexibility and adaptability Convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through effective communication Meet deadlines and work under pressure, demonstrating resilience in a fast-paced environment Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in e-commerce or digital transformation projects Experience in the digital marketing domain (content management solutions, PIM, DAM, etc.)

Strong understanding of marketplace platform functionalities and e-commerce concepts Hands-on experience with B2C and B2B e-commerce solutions, clear understanding of the differences and complexity Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, flow-chart creation and requirements documentation Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills Effective communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requirements and priorities Experience with Agile framework Experience with requirements management and visualization tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Flexible and adaptable, able to navigate through ambiguity and changing business priorities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, demonstrating resilience in a fast-paced environment English: B2 and higher
