Operations Manager

On behalf of our client, we are a seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and coordinate the day-to-day operations of all their stores across Cyprus, making sure every location runs consistently, efficiently and to a high standard, while also acting as the senior point of contact for resolving complex and sensitive cases involving our key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of all stores in Cyprus and keep standards consistent. Manage and support store managers and their teams. Monitor sales, costs, margins and operational KPIs; prepare regular reports and recommend corrective actions. Handle difficult cases and complaints from key accounts and resolve them quickly.

Build and keep good relationships with key accounts. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and Cyprus labour and consumer legislation. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and increase efficiency. Oversee the maintenance, appearance and security of all premises and equipment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (or equivalent experience). Previous experience in operations management, ideally in retail or multi-site environments, including 1+ years in a people-management role. Strategic and organised, with strong attention to detail Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS, inventory or ERP systems. Willing to travel between stores across Cyprus; driving licence.
