Job Summary

The Charge RN with clinical and management expertise is responsible for leading and overseeing nursing care on an assigned unit. Works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Supports staff development and performance improvement initiatives and assists with organizational compliance and quality assurance efforts.

Serves as a role model, actively and consistently contributing to department operations and communications, behaving in a manner consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Pipeline Health, upholding standards of AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank you) patient communication.
