WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS NOW WHERE YOU'LL CREATE IMPACT

• Own the end-to-end design of the Dual. Entry platform - from web to mobile
• Translate complex workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces
• Create and evolve a scalable component-based design system in Figma
• Work closely with product and engineering to ship quickly and iterate often
• Conduct user research and apply insights to improve usability
• Help define our design culture and constantly find ways to improve our product development speed
• Mentor other designers as we scale the team WHAT SETS YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
• Hardcore work ethic and high agency - 8+ years designing complex SaaS products end-to-end
• Deep experience with Figma and scalable design systems
• Strong UX thinking, interaction design, and attention to visual detail
• Comfort working with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Ability to make fast, pragmatic decisions

COMPENSATION

• Equity: $45,000 - $75,000
• Base salary: $140,000 - $225,000 - 1Medical, dental & vision insurance
