Employment Type: Temporary Full Time (up to 24.10.27) Position Classification : Enrolled Nurse Remuneration: $37.83 - $41.10 per hour Hours Per Week: 38 (Job share may be considered for part time hours) Location: Blacktown Hospital Where you'll be working Join the aged care team at Blacktown Hospital, where you will contribute to delivering safe, compassionate and individualised care to older people.

Working collaboratively with Registered Nurses and the broader multidisciplinary team, you'll be part of a supportive environment focused on quality outcomes, dignity and respect. Work within a collaborative multidisciplinary healthcare environment Support older people with individualised care focused on their needs and rights Contribute to a culture of respect, compassion and high-quality patient care Build strong professional relationships with patients, families and healthcare teams Be supported to develop your clinical skills and contribute to best practice care What you'll be doing As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you'll provide high-quality nursing care under the guidance and direction of a Registered Nurse.

You'll use your clinical knowledge, communication skills and person-centred approach to support positive outcomes for patients. Essential Criteria Registration: Current Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Selection Criteria Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team An understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
