NSW Government 6-month contract $940 per day + Super Hybrid, 3 days in office Sydney CBD (Martin Place), Parramatta, or Orange Our client is a NSW Government department seeking an experienced Manager Diversity & Inclusion to join their People Performance and Culture team in Parramatta, Sydney CBD (Martin Place) or Orange.

Role summary

Lead the development, implementation and monitoring of organisation-wide diversity and inclusion programs and strategies, providing expert advice to senior stakeholders and supporting an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of department-wide diversity and inclusion programs, strategies and initiatives. Provide expert advice to managers and executives while overseeing D&I governance, compliance and stakeholder engagement. Analyse workforce data, monitor program effectiveness and develop reports and recommendations to improve diversity and inclusion outcomes.

Lead and support a small specialist team responsible for the delivery of diversity and inclusion initiatives. Selection Criteria: Significant experience and/or qualifications in Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience developing and delivering organisation-wide D&I strategies, programs, policies and initiatives.

Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills, with experience providing advice to senior leaders.
