Your role

at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond. Install and maintain workstation systems, servers, and network components. Implement configuration specifications for systems and user interfaces. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues effectively.

Initiate escalation procedures for unresolved problems. Coordinate vendor and consultant activities to ensure smooth operations. Monitor and track hardware, software, and network availability and inventory. Develop and maintain operations manuals, instructions, and checklists. Assist users with procurement projects and solution implementations.

Create simple scripts and applications for user needs on workstations and mobile devices. Act as a senior operational coordinator, supporting team priorities and providing guidance in the manager’s absence. Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, or Vocational Training (apprenticeship). Proven 4+ years of experience in a similar senior IT role in a mid- to large-sized company (150+ users).

Experience managing third-party services. Strong operational skills in fast-paced environments. Excellent customer-facing and communication skills. Knowledge of ITIL and process improvement methodologies. Assertive, independent, and methodical work style. Proactive thinker with strong analytical skills. Ability to coordinate and guide team members without formal line management responsibility.

Fluent in English with good German language knowledge. We offer
