Are you a passionate Pastry Chef ready to take the next step in your leadership career? We are seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef

• Pastry to join our team, working exclusively within a single restaurant venue where you will have the opportunity to shape exceptional dessert experiences, mentor chefs, and contribute to a high-performing kitchen operation. What You'll Be Doing Supporting the day-to-day leadership of the pastry kitchen within one dedicated restaurant. Creating and delivering high-quality desserts, cakes, pastries and plated sweets to exacting standards. Leading, coaching and developing Chefs de Partie, Commis Chefs and Apprentices. Maintaining exceptional food presentation, consistency and guest satisfaction. Assisting with rostering, labour management, food cost control and inventory management. Ensuring compliance with HACCP, food safety and workplace health and safety standards.

About You

Certificate III & 4 in Patisserie or equivalent qualification. Previous experience as a qualified Senior Chef, ideally within a premium hotel, restaurant or patisserie environment. Strong pastry skills with a genuine passion for creativity and presentation. Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop kitchen teams. Sound understanding of food cost, labour management and kitchen operations.

Availability to work across a rotating 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. Why Join Crown Perth?
