Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Milwaukee, WI) The ESPN Radio Network & Good Karma Sports are seeking a full-time Sales & Marketing Coordinator. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will support the ESPN Radio Network’s sales, marketing, content, and partnership efforts by coordinating partnership obligations, live-read copy, campaign execution, reporting, invoicing, and day-to-day operational details across talk shows, play-by-play broadcasts, podcasts, and other programming.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and has an AI Forward mentality with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively with sales, marketing, content, programming, and partner teams. This person will be a critical connector who helps ensure campaigns are accurately executed, properly documented, ready for launch, and delivered with an exceptional partner experience.
Career responsibilities include but are not limited to: Coordinate sponsorship obligations and live-read copy for talk shows, play-by-play broadcasts, and podcasts. Manage airchecks and campaign documentation, including video, audio, social links, and other supporting materials. Maintain the content fee tracker, ensuring fees, obligations, and deliverables are accurate and up to date.
Manage the social media tracker and coordinate campaign execution details. Create campaign recaps and partner-facing reports summarizing key deliverables and results. Support campaign reconciliation by tracking delivered obligations, billing details, and open items in Attio. Build & support the development of partner-first campaigns by helping create compelling stories and narratives.
Send partner invoices accurately and as needed. Support receivables aging efforts by tracking outstanding balances and open billing items. Review podcast campaigns to ensure all requirements are complete and ready for the following week’s launch. Collaborate with sales, marketing, programming, content, finance, and partner teams to support campaign execution.
Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to support campaign development, event planning, content creation, reporting, and operational efficiency while maintaining accuracy, quality, and brand standards. Attend and support events on a working capacity as needed. Complete other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Preferred knowledge, skills and qualifications Strong organizational, project-management, and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative and collaborative marketing mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, events, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience creating campaign materials, partner-facing recaps, promotional content, or other marketing deliverables. Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, AI platforms and/or other business related applications.
Valid driver’s license. Occasional travel & availability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Hours/Salary/Benefits This is a non-exempt role with overtime eligible for hours worked over 40 per week. The salary rate is to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

The position will be required to work some evenings and weekends based on station events, promotions, and community activities.
