Job Description We are looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate is warm, welcoming, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming first impression. Manage reservations, walk-ins, and the waitlist. Seat guests efficiently while maintaining proper table rotation and pacing. Communicate with servers and management to ensure smooth service. Answer phone calls and assist with reservation inquiries. Monitor table availability and coordinate seating during busy periods.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance. Handle guest concerns professionally and courteously. Assist the service team as needed.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance. Experience with reservation platforms such as Resy or OpenTable is a plus.

Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
