Administrative Specialist

You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the SUPPLY CHAIN AUTOMATION & COMPLIANCE, 43106 of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.

NO-04 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band NO-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing contracting and acquisition Purchase Requests (PRs); supporting contract administration, management, and/or procurement requests in compliance with commercial and regulatory standards; executing standardized inventory requisitions and Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs) to Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).

NO-03 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band NO-02 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Preparing contracting and acquisition Purchase Requests (PRs); analyzing and evaluating contract administration, management, and/or purchase requests applicable to commercial and government standards.
