HR Recuiter

Dermatouch is a fast-growing Indian dermo-cosmetic skincare brand focused on delivering clinically backed skincare solutions. We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to support our growing team and help us attract the right talent.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, employee referrals, and other channels. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities. Handle recruitment for sales, marketing, digital marketing, operations, and other business functions.

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports. Ensure timely follow-ups and provide a positive candidate experience. Use ATS/CRM tools to manage candidate pipelines; Zoho Recruit experience is an advantage.

Requirements

MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong sourcing, communication, and coordination skills. Knowledge of job portals, MS Excel, and recruitment processes. Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment. Experience in D2C, FMCG, beauty, skincare, or startup companies is preferred.
