We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Comfort Advisor who knows how to build trust, understand homeowners’ needs, and recommend the right HVAC solutions. In this role, you’ll conduct in-home consultations, present customized heating and cooling options, and guide customers through their decisions with confidence and professionalism.

Evaluate existing HVAC systems and identify opportunities for replacement, upgrades, and improved comfort. Present customized heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions. Clearly explain equipment options, pricing, benefits, and available financing. Build trust with customers, confidently present recommendations, and ask for the sale.

Follow up with customers and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM. Work toward established sales and revenue goals. Partner with installation, service, and office teams to provide a smooth customer experience. Represent Adam Home Services with professionalism and integrity. Stay current on HVAC products, financing options, sales techniques, and company processes.

What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and communication skills. Confidence presenting solutions and asking for the sale. Experience conducting in-home customer appointments. Basic proficiency with CRM systems and mobile technology.

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as needed. Comfort working in a performance-based compensation environment. Preferred Experience Previous Comfort Advisor or residential HVAC sales experience. Knowledge of residential heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems.

Experience presenting financing options and monthly payment solutions. Experience managing company-generated leads and developing self-generated opportunities. Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service software. Experience selling maintenance memberships or service agreements. Sales experience in roofing, windows, solar, bath remodeling, or other home improvement industries.

HVAC technician experience with an interest in transitioning into sales. What Success Looks Like Builds genuine trust and creates a positive buying experience for homeowners. Consistently works toward and achieves sales goals. Recommends solutions based on each customer's needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

Communicates confidently, professionally, and without being pushy. Follows the sales process and uses CRM tools effectively. Accepts coaching and continuously develops sales skills. Follows through from the initial appointment through the completed sale. Takes ownership of the customer experience and works collaboratively with the team.
