FT: Program Success Coordinator for the Congregational Leadership Certificate Program (School of Divinity)

Reporting to the Director of the Congregational Leadership Certificate Program, the Program Success Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that every participant, cohort, church, instructor, and association successfully progresses through the program. This person nurtures partnerships to maintain a high-touch relationship with congregations through conferences, a cohort learning model, and statewide workshops.

The coordinator ensures the successful delivery of all participant-facing services by coordinating admissions, cohort engagement, learning support, communications, events, and program logistics. The Program Success Coordinator is responsible for creating an exceptional participant experience from initial inquiry through certificate completion.
