Talent Management Business Partner-Recruiter

POSITION SUMMARY

The Talent Management Business Partner – Recruiter will manage the recruitment function of CC and support on-going talent acquisition needs. While the Recruiter will have a community of colleagues collaborating throughout the organization, the role will work independently to ensure a high-quality talent pipeline. Daily, the professional in this role proactively responds to the recruiting needs of a growing, mission driven organization.

The Recruiter plays an integral role within the Talent Management team and has responsibility for developing a CC recruitment strategy. The ideal candidate will oversee full life cycle recruiting across the organization, with direction and support from the Senior Director of Talent Management.
