Successful candidates typically have: Experience maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Experience with machining, fabrication, and rebuilding mechanical components. Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.

Experience with industrial electrical systems or PLCs is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
