Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Road and Bridge Equipment Operator/Blade Operator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to operate and maintain heavy equipment, including blades, to clear and maintain roads and bridges.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license
• Previous experience operating heavy equipment, specifically blades, is required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical strengthResponsibilities:- Operate and maintain road and bridge construction equipment, with a focus on blades
• Clear debris and snow from roads and bridges to ensure safe travel
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure functionality and longevity
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work activitiesPreferred Skills:
• Certification in heavy equipment operation
• Knowledge of basic mechanical principles
