Responsibilities
Provide top tier customer service to medical facilities, the public, and our field staff Maintain professional demeanor while communicating with customers and family members Work closely with medical facilities to serve as an information hub for Doc. Go Display knowledge of appropriate medical terminology and conditions.
Close business hours M-F 0900-1750 but be flexible - your work shift schedule may vary due to the nature of the business Conduct yourself in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner when dealing with patients, case managers, co-workers, supervisors, and the public When necessary, develops solutions for existing clients, including processing calls for service, interacting with supervisors and dispatch, calling requestors and mobile health visits scheduled for customers Actively formulate new strategies to reach out to new potential customers Own and manage a pipeline of patient referrals and patient information Achieve and consistently exceed monthly goals with referral capture rate percentage and patient satisfaction Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must be fluent bilingual in English and Spanish Valid CA Driver’s License (minimum of 2 years) with an acceptable driving record Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & general computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be willing to operate out of assigned medical facilities for primary location Experience working in the healthcare industry Warm and friendly personality Persistent and persuasive Adaptable and can think on your feet 1 year experience working in a license medical field role preferred EEO/AAP Statement: Doc.
