General Manager - OMAKAI

We are seeking an exceptional General Manager with at least five years of restaurant experience, including at least two years running a restaurant as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager.

The General Manager runs the whole restaurant. You will lead, manage, and hold the entire team accountable, including the Assistant General Manager and Floor Managers, drive results against the restaurant's key metrics, own training and development for the staff, and keep operational, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance every shift. You are the link between the restaurant, upper management and HR. We are looking for someone who leads by example rather than by title, motivates instead of commands, recognizes and develops talent, and knows what excellence looks like on a busy floor.
