Maintenance Engineer

In this position, you will : Manage all system support and maintenance services activities and maintenance personnel Ensure the maintenance team understands the scope of work and services requirements Execute and manage all activities of system support and maintenance services Responsible for all maintenance issues of the system Identify and propose resolutions of all technical problems found in the system Provide round-the-clock 7x24 technical support for any incidents escalated from the role of maintenance support specialists and/or client-side To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements: At least one Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Telecommunications or Information Engineering or equivalent.

At least five (5) years of operation, administration and maintenance experience one or more system(s) which is similar to any one of the following the Dedicated Core Network, RAN, UE, backhaul network other mobile broadband system deploying 4G or 5G technologies Self-motivated and analytical, capable of working independently to resolve complex issues Strong communicator with excellent learning and leadership potential, able to grow quickly and drive team collaboration Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua When you work: 5 days work 8 hours/day What you enjoy: Discretionary Performance bonus Life insurance Medical insurance Education subsidies Birthday gift Marriage leave Birthday leave Staff discount CMHK is committed to be an equal opportunity employer.
