Key Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards are maintained
• Assist guests with menu selections, including recommendations on seafood dishes and specials
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, stations, and service areas
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a food server in a high-volume restaurant preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
