Varco Home Health & Hospice is looking for a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our Irving team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, staying organized, coordinating schedules, and keeping an office running efficiently.

No home health experience? No problem! We're looking for someone with strong computer skills, a great work ethic, and the ability to learn new systems quickly. We'll teach you the rest! What You'll Be Doing Assist with daily administrative and office tasks. Coordinate schedules and help keep operations running smoothly.

Enter, update, and maintain information in company systems. Communicate with employees, team members, and outside contacts. Help organize paperwork, records, and documentation. Manage multiple tasks while keeping everything accurate and up to date. Learn and navigate company software and systems.

What We're Looking For

Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly! Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Comfortable managing schedules and handling administrative tasks. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude. Able to multitask, prioritize, and stay on top of deadlines. A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. High school diploma or GED required. Previous administrative or office experience is a plus!
