Job description
The Detention Officer I is a jailer job for the Edmond Detention Center. This role REQUIRES working some holidays and weekends, with FREQUENT overtime. Detention Officers book inmates into the Edmond Detention Center (requiring hands-on contact), check for drugs or weapons, physically restrain them as needed, and supervise their wellbeing.
