Description Build More Than a Job Strong Restoration of Michigan is growing, and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us. We are not just hiring someone to fill a technician position. We are looking for people who want to learn the restoration industry, build real skills, take on more responsibility, and create a long-term career.
If you are dependable, motivated, comfortable working with your hands, and want to be part of a company where your effort can actually lead somewhere, we want to meet you. You do not need restoration experience to start. We can teach the technical side. What we need from you is a strong work ethic, reliability, a willingness to learn, and pride in the work you do.
What the Job Looks Like Restoration work is hands-on, fast-paced, and different every day. You may be a great fit if you have experience in: Construction Moving Landscaping Maintenance Warehousing Delivery Demolition Cleaning Automotive or mechanical work Other physically active or hands-on jobs Or maybe you are simply ready to learn a trade and build something better for yourself. What matters most is that you: Show up and can be counted on Work hard and take pride in doing things correctly Are willing to learn and accept coaching Communicate well with customers and coworkers Can work as part of a team Take initiative instead of waiting to be told every next step Want the opportunity to grow beyond an entry-level position Where This Can Lead This position does not have to be the finish line.
We want technicians who are interested in developing into: Mitigation Technician ? Lead Technician ? Crew Lead ? Project Management ? Operations & Leadership As you build your skills, earn certifications, demonstrate leadership, and take on more responsibility, there are opportunities to move forward. We are growing, which means we need people who are ready to grow with us.
