Workforce Development Coordinator

Atlanta, Georgia, United StatesPosted Oct 13, 2026

Job description

Responsibilities

As our Craft Workforce Development Coordinator, you'll be the one who keeps our craft recruiting and apprenticeship team moving – lining up the career fairs, signing days, and jobsite tours that build the trades pipeline, and turning the data behind them into reports our leaders actually use. You'll keep the events, systems, and documentation running so our recruiters can stay in front of candidates and project teams.

This is a hybrid role for someone who is equally comfortable loading out a career fair booth and building a dashboard, and who wants to use automation and AI tools to make the work faster and better – this is an in-office role based out of our Atlanta office, where our team works face-to-face to build strong relationships and great projects.

Keep our recruiting and apprenticeship events running – career fairs, signing days, jobsite tours, and hiring events – including materials, travel, vendors, registration, and setup Own the data – maintain event, contact, and activity records in Salesforce, iCIMS, and Success. Factors, and keep them clean enough that leadership trusts the numbers.

Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports on hiring activity, apprenticeship progression, and event results, using automation and AI tools to make reporting faster and more consistent. Write and maintain the procedures, templates, and onboarding materials the team runs on, and keep them current as the way we work changes.

Track milestones and deliverables across team initiatives, support Field Apprenticeship Program records, and keep work moving between check-ins.
