Electrical Foreman 1

As an Electrical Installation Foreman, you will lead electrical installation and activities at customer job sites. This role focuses on delivering high-quality electrical installations on time and within budget while providing hands-on leadership to installation teams. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, diligent, and experienced in coordinating and carrying out complex electrical work in a fast-paced, jobsite environment.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $49,600-$68,200 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications: What You Will Do In This Role: Must have the ability to lead a crew of 10-15 installers. Must be capable of running a small project. (Up to 10 Installers) for 1-3 weeks. Must be proficient with conveyor sub-system layout electrical drawings. Must be proficient in wire pulling and cable layout (ASI, E-net, other comm.

Cabling). Must possess good working knowledge of NEC. Must possess the ability to motivate and direct others in an efficient and respectable manner. At least an OSHA 30 certification is required for this position.
