• Philadelphia, PA, Salary Range: Undisclosed, 📍 Location: Reed Street, Philadelphia 🕒 Schedule: Day shift; occasional evenings based on client needs 🚗 Travel Reimbursement: $0.65 per mile POSITION OVERVIEW Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health support to children, youth, and families in home, school, and community settings. Help families navigate behavioral health crises through de-escalation, motivational interviewing, conflict resolution, and solution-focused interventions. Assess safety needs, stabilize crises, and develop individualized safety and risk-management plans in collaboration with youth and families.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree in Arts or Science, with a clinical practicum through a graduate-level program. Experience: 3 years in social services, behavioral health, child welfare, or counseling serving children and youth. Knowledge: Familiarity with community behavioral health resources.
