• CIVILIAN OPPORTUNITY Gia. Care is currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to support the Mc. Clellan Air Force Satellite Clinic Mc. Clellan, CA. About the Opportunity This position offers experienced Licensed Practical Nurse/ Licensed Vocational Nurse the opportunity to provide comprehensive services to members of the military community in a collaborative outpatient environment. The LPN/ LVN will coordinate care across inpatient, outpatient, community, and telephonic settings while supporting continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes. Schedule (Based on 40-hour work week): Monday
• Friday 0730 - 1630 (7:30am - 4:30pm) Typical Duties to include but not limited to: Primary Care, Women's Health, Mental Health Assess patient's conditions Vaccines and Immunizations Recognize adverse signs and symptoms Order Labs and X-rays As a Team Member with Gia.
