Restaurant Manager

A Restaurant General Manager (RGM) is an experienced restaurant leader that is dedicated to driving operational excellence through a memorable Guest experience. As an RGM, you lead by example and provide guidance in your restaurant to all Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers. You are people-people and are passionate about helping your teams learn and grow every day.

You are responsible for onboarding new members of the team and maintaining a positive work environment by cultivating a positive restaurant culture. As an RGM, you are your restaurant’s Popeyes® brand champion and inspire your teams to deliver food to guests that is cooked to perfection, made with love, and served up with Popeyes® famous Cajun Hospitality.

Requirements

Lead daily restaurant operations with bold, high-energy focus to deliver an exceptional guest experience at Popeyes.; Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance to keep the restaurant running strong and on track.; Coach, mentor, and develop shift leaders and crew through pre-planned, actionable feedback.; Drive execution of key operating standards including food quality, service speed, and cleanliness.

; Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health and safety requirements.; Monitor inventory, labor, and costs to hit targets and protect profitability.; Ensure accurate cash handling, recordkeeping, and adherence to company policies and procedures.; Respond fast and confidently to rush periods, operational issues, and guest concerns.

; Create a positive, accountable culture that empowers teams to perform and grow.; Perform opening, closing, and shift management duties while maintaining an organized, ready-to-win environment.
