Engineer (Civil / Building) (Malaysia Hiring)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design of civil / building projects, including structural design, foundation design, road design, drainage system design, etc.• Create relevant construction drawings, including floor plans, sections, and construction details.• Supervise the construction process of civil / building engineering projects to ensure all work meets design and construction drawing requirements• Ensure the quality of civil / building engineering projects complies with relevant building and engineering standards• Monitor that the construction plans and operations for civil / building engineering projects meet local safety standards and regulations• Coordinate with other relevant parties, such as clients, consulting engineers, site teams, subcontractors, etc., to ensure the construction projects proceed smoothly and on schedule Requirements:
• Degree in Civil, Building, Construction Engineering or equivalent• Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience from large-scale projects on main contractor side• Professional membership or certification (e.g., MHKIE, MICE) is preferred• Familiarity with Hong Kong construction project management regulations & standards• Experience in Hong Kong projects preferred• Detail-oriented, strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese) Apply now
