Manager, Financial Operations

Position Summary

The Manager, Financial Operations serves as an analytics and insights parter to the Financial Operations team. This role will be expected to produce standard monthly/quarterly reporting and analysis of regional performance including variance drivers to plan and forecast. This role will partner with Finance Directors and Operational leaders to develop labor productivity trends with actionable insights.

In addition, this role will serve as a financial and strategic business partner to assigned regional operators/general manager. This role has full financial accountability for regional performance, including revenue, contribution margin, labor productivity, contract economics, and hospital profitability.
