We are looking for an experienced Lawyer to join our Legal Department on a temporary basis for approximately 2 years. About the Legal Department The Legal Department provides legal support to the Bank’s management bodies and business functions.

Our work includes advising on corporate governance, regulatory implementation, contractual arrangements, dispute management, and other legal matters across the organization. Our team contains lawyers from all Baltic countries. We are working closely with business stakeholders, management bodies and colleagues across SEB bank and aim to deliver practical, business-oriented legal advice.

You will be part of the Legal Department, particularly within a team working on corporate governance and labor law matters.
