Job Title: Customer Service Sales Associate Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves processing customer orders, answering emails and phone calls, greeting and assisting customers, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent service.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow standardized processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Proficiency with data entry, basic math calculations, and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, order management systems).
• Comfortable working in a showroom environment and providing product information to walk-in customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Prior experience in customer service, order entry, showroom sales and social media experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Accurately enter and manage customer orders in the system.
• Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person showroom visits.
• Showroom Assistance: Greet and assist customers in the showroom, provide product information, and ensure a positive experience.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, customer communications, and inventory updates.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Why Join Us?
