Revenue Cycle Associate

The Revenue Cycle Associate supports multiple functions throughout the healthcare revenue cycle to promote accurate patient registration, timely reimbursement, appropriate account resolution, and efficient health information management. This position serves as a flexible resource across Patient Access, the Business Office, and Health Information Management (HIM), providing coverage based on departmental and operational needs. The Revenue Cycle Associate assists patients with billing questions, account balances, payment options, financial assistance, and other financial counseling needs. The position also supports front-end revenue cycle activities.
