Rescue Training Assistant

Code Red Safety is seeking experienced and safety-focused Rescue Instructor Assistants to support our Rescue Training program. This position is based out of our Signal Hill, California branch but is a travel-based role supporting training assignments at client locations throughout the United States. The Rescue Instructor Assistant will work alongside Code Red Safety's Lead Rescue Instructor to deliver high-quality classroom and hands-on training to Code Red employees and client personnel. The primary focus of this position will be assisting with Confined Space Rescue training, including multi-day rescue courses that typically range from approximately 30–40 hours depending on class size, course requirements, and client needs.
